ABOUT ME

Dr. Tristana R. Harvey has over 25 years experience (15yrs with Active Duty and Veterans) in education and training helping clients meet their goals. In her prevention education work, she utilized evidenced-based programs to teach clients the skills to manage their behaviors in the workplace.


She focused her doctoral studies on program development and evaluation for effective organizational leadership and people supervision. This informed her practice in the design and development of workplace training for corporate, state and federal agencies. Her crisis intervention work included responding to workplace incidents such as sexual harassment, toxic leaders and employee death.


Dr. Harvey has been awarded prime contracts with the Air Force, Navy, Army, U.S. State Department, U.S. Dept of Agriculture, Occupational Safety and Health Administration and a federal GSA schedule for training and development. She held cooperative consulting contracts for Pennsylvania, Texas and New Mexico.


In her free time, she enjoys gardening and photography.

INDIVIDUALS

When trauma occurs time stops. You can be challenged with living in the present. This developmental service is focused on helping you learn skills for relationship boundaries, emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness.

GROUPS

The "We Do Not Care Club" isn't about letting go of yourself but choosing to focus on your needs. This group is for women in perimenopause, menopause or post menopause seeking support and guidance as you mentally and emotionally navigate this experience.


(I Think) I Have PTSD: Now What? is a psychoeducation class to help clients recognize and identify their trauma response behaviors. Participants will develop self-awareness and self-monitoring skills for emotional regulation.


WORKPLACE

Leadership Coaching

Do you lead an organization? people? both? The leadership skills are the same. The leadership behaviors are different. Clients are coached on the behaviors for decision making and judgment for effective leadership. 

Team Development

To build an effective team, you must first develop one. Team development services will bring your employees together to learn behaviors that reflect a shared mission, vision and values. Follow on services include building behaviors for workplace productivity, communication and conflict management.

PTSD in the Workplace

When someone experiences trauma, the world no longer feels safe. This applies to the workplace as well. Employers receive consultation on how to provide a work environment that employees feel seen and cared for.
